The second annual 鸟大大影院/AKU-ISMC Graduate Conference:聽Challenges in Muslim Societies聽is a collaboration between 鸟大大影院 and the聽聽to showcase student-led research at both institutions.
The conference features a wide range of speakers from the 鸟大大影院 and AKU-ISMC programmes presenting on various topics in Islamic studies. The presentations are divided into four thematic panels:
Identity and Making Space
Media and Representation
Oppression and Strife
Ismaili Intellectual History
The presentations will be followed by a live concert, exclusive to attendees of the conference.
The 鸟大大影院/AKU-ISMC Graduate Conference will be streamed to the Global聽Jamat聽and other constituents of the 鸟大大影院 and AKU-ISMC around the world via Zoom.
